Q: Do you offer a guarantee?
A: Enchanted Nursery Designs™ is dedicated to customer satisfaction, as are our manufacturers. If you are not completely satisfied with a product please let us know immediately and we will make every effort to correct the problem.
Q: What is your policy on Custom Orders?
A: Since Custom Orders are made to your specifications (fabrics, colors, accessories, etc.), they may not be returned or refunded. If you need to change or cancel a custom order please notify us by email within 24 hours of placing your order. Additional information may be found on our Policies page.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you are not completely satisfied with our products upon receipt please contact us within 5 days of delivery for a return authorization. Returned items must be received within 15 days of your confirmed delivery date and must be in their original packaging and unused. Return shipping charges and insurance are your responsibility. We will refund the full purchase price less any shipping charges and restocking fees. Unfortunately, any custom made item is not refundable. Please see our Policies page for further information.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We will gladly accept your cancellation, without charge, if you notify us by email within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time you order will have been sent to the manufacturer for processing and cannot be canceled.
Q: How will my product(s) be shipped?
A: All products are shipped directly by the manufacturer via UPS ground. Since most of our products are custom made please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Sorry, but we do not ship internationally, to APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, or Canada.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cashier's checks and money orders. If you choose to pay by cashier's check or money order, please email your order to us and we will send you an invoice total. Once payment has been received your order will be processed.
Q: Is my credit card information safe and secure when ordering at Enchanted Nursery Designs™?
A: Yes, we have taken steps to ensure that the information you provide to us is fully protected. Please see our Privacy Policy for further explanation.
Q: When will the product be shipped?
A: Since many of our products are custom made, most items usually ship in 2-3 weeks via UPS ground.
Q: Do I pay sales tax on my purchase?
A: No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside the state of Arizona. Shipments delivered to an Arizona address will be charged 8.5% tax.
