Warranty:
Enchanted Nursery Designs™ does not express or imply any warranty. All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Enchanted Nursery Designs™ disclaims liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of any item sold by us. We will, however, replace any item that is delivered defective.
Custom Orders:
Since Custom Orders are made to your specifications (fabrics, colors, accessories, etc.), they may not be returned for refund. All sales on custom made orders are final once the order has been sent to the manufacturer. We ask that you contact us with any questions or concerns prior to placing your order. If you need to cancel or change an order you must notify us by phone or email within 24 hours of submitting your order. We will gladly make changes or cancel your order, without charge to you, if it has not been sent to the manufacturer for processing. Return & Refund Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with our products upon receipt, please contact us within 5 days of delivery for a merchandise return authorization. Returned items must be received within 15 days of your confirmed delivery date and must be in their original packaging and unused. Return shipping charges and insurance are the responsibility of the consumer. Since ensembles consist of multiple items, all items must be returned together. Some manufacturers have a 15%-30% restocking fee on returned merchandise. The amount of your refund will be the purchase price less any shipping charges and restocking fees. In the event merchandise is received damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. Custom made items are not returnable. Sheets cannot be returned if they have been opened.
